Our work within this market commenced in 1997, at a time when many Telecommunications organisations recognised the need to gain access to their own Customer's boardrooms in order to increase revenues and margin in what was becoming a highly commoditised market.

In many cases, this involved a drive to sell value added solutions and services that deliver new or increased revenue streams as traditional margins decrease.

Our Client relationships have resulted from their desire to work with a company that understands these goals, has experience of delivery and the issues surrounding business change, and that understands the complexities around building an enterprise-driven product, solutions and services business – hand in hand with a thorough knowledge of the markets from which they have wished to attract.

As well as supporting some of the world's largest fixed and mobile operators, we have also worked with emergent technology providers within this space, for example in the M2M solution domain.

We invariably work closely at Board and Senior Executive Level to understand business issues and objectives and translate their goals into the introduction of new people.

This has involved hiring across a variety of disciplines, from VP and Director Level down through the business including sales, vertical industry expertise, service development and delivery, marketing and alliances.

The results have been the creation of new services and increased business opportunity for the organisations we have worked in support of. With revenues that have often surpassed all predicted revenue and margin expectations. This has been through the delivery of “exceptional” talent focused on boardroom business development, new areas of service and delivery, the building of strategic partnerships with other industry leaders and the introduction of new revenue earning services and propositions to their target markets.
