Sara Thomas
Sara Thomas founded Aspen in 1987. Her vision and objective: to support and add value to recognised Tier One organisations on a global basis, to support the growth of sustainable operations through the provision of proven skills and talented people that deliver.
Working with Executive Boards and Senior Management teams, Sara has collaborated with a variety of organisations spanning all of Aspen's specialist sectors to successfully support the build or change of their organisations.
Sara's specialist skills are her understanding of business gained whilst working with our Clients as they have evolved, and through building Aspen. She has supported high growth or major change through her ability to translate Clients' objectives into the acquisition of key people and talent.
Prior to founding Aspen, Sara worked within industry. Her focus was working at Board Level into the enterprise within the Software Industry, leading sales of large multi-million business applications and solutions.
Ben Thomas
Ben Thomas joined Aspen in 1996 from a successful ten-year career in sales in the ICT sector. Ben worked within a large global ICT vendor selling directly to Enterprise Customers and, immediately prior to joining Aspen, within a growing US software company, where Ben led a combined direct and channel sales team spanning the UK, the Middle East and Africa regions.
For Clients and Candidates, Ben brings a complementary set of experience, working with a diversity of Aspen Clients to help them build and shape their organisation, often expanding into new markets or business areas. Ben's expertise includes being able to assimilate new markets and interpret this into the people who will succeed.
