Consultants and Senior Consultant

We would like to talk with you if you are a successful Consultant, either working within a headhunting or recruitment organisation, or, within an internal recruitment team. You will likely have achieved consistent success over and above your peers and may now have reached a ceiling within your current organisation. If you are seeking to continue to progress and want to expand your experiences and skills and work for a recognised brand name on global assignments, across a multitude of markets and positions, then Aspen Worldwide can likely provide you with your next career step forward.

The desire and dedication to learn and develop is key; as are strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport at all levels across the countries we work within, and, the wish to go that extra step in furthering your own career and providing a quality service to Clients and Candidates. To succeed as a head-hunter you will be a very creative business person with a genuine passion for people and the delivery of excellence. Combining this with highly analytical and thoroughness, and a great sense of teamwork will, enable you to deliver results above expectation. Knowledge of business, technology, e-health or the environment would be an advantage although not a necessity as training is given on all aspects of becoming a successful head-hunter.

Researcher and Senior Researcher

Strong research is considered a key role within our business contributing greatly to our overall success.

We are seeking an experienced researcher and would like to talk if you have worked with success within the fields of headhunting or recruitment, or, within broader industry where you will have demonstrated great achievement within the field of research and understand the workings of industry; if you would like the opportunity to further and develop your skills, work on varied global assignments as part of a delivery team, then we would be pleased to hear from you.

Skills required - experienced as to the workings of business, innovative, a lateral thinker, creative, structured, inquisitive and pragmatic. Foreign language skills would be of benefit although not a pre requisite. Knowledge of business, technology, e-health or the environment would be an advantage, but again not a necessity as training is given.

We are also seeking a Researcher. Within this role we seek individuals who have a minimum of two years work experience, or a more experienced individual who would like the opportunity to cross train into a new career. Full training is provided however we do seek people that are career oriented, who have a desire to learn new skills, are naturally creative and who balance this with analytical skills and have proven their abilities within their existing employment.
